Certified Postpartum Doula | Lactation Support Provider

My passion is helping families feel supported, informed, and confident from pregnancy through weaning. With training in both lactation and postpartum care, I meet you where you are—physically and emotionally—with practical help and compassionate guidance.

As a postpartum doula, I offer in-home care designed to ease your recovery and build your confidence—whether that’s newborn care, lactation support, emotional reassurance, or simply being a steady, nonjudgmental presence in those tender early weeks.

Every family’s journey is unique. I’m honored to walk alongside you with care that’s grounded in knowledge, kindness, and respect.

My Story

I found my way into lactation after the birth of my first baby. Our feeding journey was challenging, and navigating those early days felt overwhelming. I remember driving all over town trying to piece together the support we needed—exhausted, emotional, and unsure where to turn.

That experience lit a spark in me to offer something better: care that’s comprehensive, grounded in evidence, and brought right to your home. I’ve been supporting new parents for over 10 years, helping families feel seen, held, and more confident during one of life’s biggest transitions.

Credentials & Training

  • Lactation Education: 95+ hours through GOLD Learning (April 2024)

  • IBCLC Pathway 3: 500 clinical hours in progress, to be completed Fall 2025

  • Infant Bodywork: Trained in craniosacral therapy (CST) and fascia release with Lori Hendrickson

  • Postpartum Nutrition: Coursework completed through the Women’s Health Academy

  • Professional Experience: Over a decade of hands-on postpartum care for new parents and infants
